Document Summary:

Some important sections:

1: Certain conveyances given to railway companies under section 11 of the original Railway Act are valid when it comes to building on school or church lands. That is, church rectors and school officials can sell any land that's in their possession to railway firms, if the need arises.

4-5: Railway companies with tracks that overlap must show no preference or favor to itself when it comes to the matter of forwarding traffic along the tracks. This section sets penalties for railway officers who neglect this rule. (This is an amendment to section 131 of the original Railway Act.)
