provinces of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba.
Manitoba:
- Section 1: Control of public lands and natural resources granted
to the province.
- Section 10: Control of fisheries granted to the province.
- Sections 15-16: Provisions for control of a national park
at Riding Mountain Forest Reserve by the federal government.
- Schedule: An agreement between Manitoba and Ontario over control
of the upper waters of the Winnipeg River.
Alberta:
- Section 1: Control of public lands and natural resources granted
to the province.
- Section 9: Control of fisheries granted to the province.
- Sections 14-16: Provisions for control of national parks in
the province by the federal government.
- Schedule: Lists parks in the province.
Saskatchewan:
- Section 1: Control of public lands and natural resources granted
to the province.
- Section 9: Control of fisheries granted to the province.
- Sections 14-17: Provisions for control of Prince Albert National
Park by the federal government.
British Columbia:
- Section 1: Control of railway lands granted to the province
(these were kept by the federal government in the
terms by which British Columbia entered Confederation.)

the province by the federal government.
