Establishes a territory to be known as Nunavut in the mid-eastern
Arctic and provides for its government to amend certain acts of
parliament.
This act was created in 1993. Nunavut officially became a territory
in 1999.

Articles 3 - 37: Set out the governmental structure, and the
legislative and judicial powers of Nunavut Territory.
Articles 39 - 41: Set out the official languages of Nunavut,
and describe the public moneys and revenues that are in the territorial
government's control.
Articles 49 - 50: Describe what land areas are still under the
control of the federal government.
