King George of England declares ownership, jurisdiction and control of ancestral lands in Nova Scotia and New England. Aboriginals promise in return to:

  • Not molest or interfere in any way with settlers, their dependents or any mercantile traffic in this area.

  • Give back anything they might have stolen from individuals in the event of theft or robbery.

  • Not help any soldiers trying to escape from British forts.

  • Not seek personal revenge on any British subjects for any reason, and find any redress through British law instead.

  • Release any British prisoners they captured prior to this treaty's ratification.
